This office is best suited for an individual or small business that may also provide services to the Polo Club Membership. It is NOT suited for high traffic visitor or customer use. This is a high-end private Tennis club and the tenant must be suitable to that somewhat private and intimate club type of environment. Full family club membership is available with the lease, to include use of all the facilities and services of the Polo Tennis Club.
