Owner will finish putting up the fence by the end of February 2024. All furniture and owner's belongings will be removed prior to tenant's move-in. The home was built in 2021 and is barely lived in. Application fee: $65 per person. Applicants will fill out an application on Go4Rent as well as a TXR form for a separate criminal background check.
