Tenants are required to carry minimum $100,000 Tenant Liability Renter's Insurance Policy; tenants can provide proof of their own coverage adding Ramzly LLC as additional insured. The only appliances maintained are stove/oven and hot water heater. Any fridge/washer/dryer at the property at time of move-in are courtesy appliances, not maintained or replaced. They are looked at on a case by case basis as they expire. If you have your own, the Owner's need to be stored in the garage and returned to their original location at the time of your move-out, they will not be moved offsite. Every person over the age of 18 living at a property must submit an application; the includes college students, senior parents, etc. Application fees are non-refundable. Missing or misleading information will result in automatic denial of application. All documents must be uploaded to application portal prior to application being processed; Valid and current Driver's License (no paper copies or expired copies accepted), Passport or Valid US Govt.ID, Proof of verifiable income, paystubs, Job Offer letters on Letterhead, no screenshots accepted. No Venmo/Zelle or other payment app accepted as proof of income. Self-employed individuals can submit tax returns. Applications are processed on a first completed basis with backups accepted until deposit is paid.
