This was our first home we purchased back in 2014, go check the old listing to get a feel for the Before/After, it's been a long-term rental since 2017 and we decided it was time to fix her up the way we always wanted to so someone else could enjoy this beautiful home. We were growing oh so tired of the "safe houses", white with black trim... so decided to throw some BOLD personality into this project. Not everyone will like it, but I know there are a few, classy folks who will get the vision. The teal, does in-fact, grow on you, and you can bet the neighborhood was a bit shocked at first. It was originally a 3/1 and at some unknown date, it was expanded to add on the second living room, laundry room, and primary/primary bath. And Oh my Closet! They closed up a doorway and used one of the old bedrooms as the primary closet, it's really a 4th bedroom (even though it's not listed as such and ultimately why we ended up buying it. So many upgrades. We're also general contractors and stand behind our work: ALL new Hardi exterior siding and Tyvek wrap, new fascia boards, upgraded from 100 to new 200 Amp Electrical panel replaced some drip edge, added the cedar accent wall, cedar porch ceiling, expanded the deck size to cover the back bedroom exit, new deck boards, ext electricity boxes, motion sensor flood lights, a cute custom made number sign, new slider doors, new small window above the bed, new baseboards, new countertops, new (very fancy) sink, new dishwasher, new paint everywhere, new flooring, painted the back shed in AND out, repaired the gates, watered the grass and added some tropical plants. It was an intense 12-week labor of love and we really hope someone will enjoy this home for years to come.
