Step 1: Fill out Online App and Pay Application Fee. Step 2: Docusign will be emailed then attach required documents and sign application. 1st month's rent will be due with Security Deposit. In addition to rent, $40 will be paid for water/wastewater/trash and gas. Tenant would only need to get electricity and whatever cable/internet they would like to use.
