Shipe Park is named for Morton Shipe who laid out the Hyde Park neighborhood in the 1890’s. This beautiful park is a favorite of Hyde Park residents. The park has so much to offer with a community swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, and a large lush field.
