I highly recommend realtor Chris Paz if you're looking for a quick and easy apartment hunt! He was great at understanding what I wanted and finding options for me around the UT campus. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed by the process, and the entire appointment (visiting apartments AND filling out paperwork) took a little over an hour!
